CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a solo stylist, I carefully schedule my day based on the time, products, and preparation required for each service. When an appointment is cancelled or missed without adequate notice, that time often cannot be filled by another client. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY I kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be moved to another available appointment without a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations and may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeated late cancellations may require a larger deposit or prepayment before future appointments can be reserved. NO-SHOW POLICY A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your scheduled appointment without contacting me before the appointment time. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Clients who repeatedly no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments, and I reserve the right to decline future appointment requests. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, I will make every reasonable effort to provide your scheduled service while maintaining the quality and safety standards of my work. If your late arrival significantly reduces the time available for your service, I may need to modify the service or reschedule the appointment. If an appointment must be cancelled because of a client’s late arrival, the appointment may be subject to the applicable late-cancellation fee. BOOKING DEPOSITS Certain appointments, including extended blonding, color corrections, transformations, or other appointments requiring significant reserved time, may require a nonrefundable booking deposit. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service when the appointment is completed. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or the client does not show, the deposit may be forfeited and may not be transferred to another appointment. A new deposit may be required to schedule another appointment. EMERGENCIES I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen. Cancellation fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Providing notice as soon as possible is always appreciated. STYLIST CANCELLATIONS If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will make every reasonable effort to provide as much notice as possible and assist you in finding another available appointment. You will not be charged a cancellation fee when I cancel your appointment. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy. This policy is intended to protect reserved appointment time and allow me to provide each client with the level of service, attention, and quality they deserve.
